瀝青混凝土路面的碾壓分三個(gè)步驟進(jìn)行：第一次壓、第二次壓、終壓。碾壓縱向從低邊到高邊慢速均勻的前行。濟(jì)南瀝青砼廠家來講講，使用以下方法進(jìn)行碾壓：

(1)第一次壓：使用鋼輪壓路機(jī)慢壓1遍～2遍，碾壓速度應(yīng)當(dāng)保持在在2.1km/h～4.1km/h。碾壓過程中應(yīng)把壓路機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)輪面向攤鋪機(jī)，由外到內(nèi)開始碾壓，在超高路段則從低到高碾壓，在坡道上應(yīng)當(dāng)把驅(qū)動(dòng)輪由低處向高處開始碾壓。

(1) First compaction: Use a steel wheel roller to slowly compact once to twice, and the compaction speed should be maintained at 2.1km/h to 4.1km/h. During the rolling process, the driving wheel of the roller shall face the paver, and the rolling shall start from the outside to the inside. In the superelevation section, the rolling shall start from the low to the high. On the ramp, the driving wheel shall start rolling from the low to the high.

(2)第二次壓:應(yīng)當(dāng)緊緊跟在初壓后開始，而且不能夠隨意停頓。碾壓速度應(yīng)當(dāng)控制在3.1km/h～5.1km/h。使用雙鋼輪壓路機(jī)碾壓1遍，然后再振壓2遍，挨著的碾壓帶重疊后輪的一半寬度，而且不應(yīng)當(dāng)小于200mm。

(2) Second pressure: It should start closely after the initial pressure and should not stop at will. The rolling speed should be controlled between 3.1km/h and 5.1km/h. Use a double steel wheel roller to compact once, and then vibrate twice. The adjacent compaction strip should overlap half the width of the rear wheel and should not be less than 200mm.

(3)終壓：緊接在復(fù)壓之后就要開始，倘使經(jīng)復(fù)壓后已無很突出輪跡時(shí)可不用終壓。終壓可使用雙鋼輪壓路機(jī)碾壓應(yīng)當(dāng)多于2遍，直到無突出輪跡為止。碾壓溫度應(yīng)和碾壓速度都應(yīng)控制得當(dāng)。

(3) Final pressing: It should start immediately after re pressing. If there are no prominent wheel marks after re pressing, final pressing may not be necessary. The final compaction can be carried out more than 2 times using a double steel wheel roller until there are no protruding wheel marks. The rolling temperature and speed should be properly controlled.
