攤鋪機使用施工中的注意事項

(1)按照施工的嚴(yán)格要求，合理確定攤鋪機出租之后的工作速度、攤鋪寬度、攤鋪厚度、刮板輸送器及螺旋分料器轉(zhuǎn)速、斗門開度等技術(shù)參數(shù)。
(1) According to the strict requirements of construction, reasonably determine the working speed, paving width, paving thickness, speed of scraper conveyor and spiral distributor, bucket door opening and other technical parameters of the paver after lease.
(2)機械在傳動的瀝青混合料攤鋪機機，換檔一定須在攤鋪機完全停止時進行，并嚴(yán)禁用力掛檔。
(2) For asphalt mixture paver driven by machinery, gear shifting must be carried out when the paver is completely stopped, and it is strictly prohibited to shift gears forcibly.
(3)準(zhǔn)備卸料時，攤鋪機推輪靠近自卸車后輪，自卸車掛空檔。攤鋪機同時推動兩個。

(4)攤鋪機的所有部件和系統(tǒng)，必要時應(yīng)及時協(xié)調(diào)和校正。運行速度應(yīng)保持穩(wěn)定，停車和啟動次數(shù)應(yīng)盡量減少，以保持設(shè)備的連續(xù)和平衡運行。

(5)嚴(yán)禁操作人員在設(shè)備作業(yè)時離開駕駛臺，無關(guān)人員不得在作業(yè)時上、下設(shè)備，或在駕駛臺上停留。
(5) It is strictly forbidden for operators to leave the bridge during equipment operation, and irrelevant personnel shall not get on or off the equipment or stay on the bridge during operation.
(6)攤鋪機轉(zhuǎn)場后若是在行駛的過程中，禁止在坡道上換檔，或空檔下坡滑行。攤鋪作業(yè)前20-40min，對熨平板進行預(yù)熱，使其接近瀝青混合料的攤鋪溫度;因故暫停作業(yè)時，使用預(yù)熱系統(tǒng)進行保溫，防止熨平板冷卻;用電預(yù)熱時，應(yīng)先啟動發(fā)動機。
(6) After the paver is transferred, if it is driving, it is forbidden to shift gears on the ramp or slide downhill in neutral. 20-40min before paving, preheat the screed to make it close to the paving temperature of asphalt mixture; When the operation is suspended for some reason, the preheating system shall be used for heat preservation to prevent the screed from cooling; When preheating with electricity, start the engine first.
